We’re looking for a closer!
Someone who knows how to get a beautiful, high-end product into the right hands and get paid fairly doing it.

We’re looking for a freelance sales agent to help bring our book, Seat at the Table, to a wider audience: from boutique hotels and design stores to corporate partners and cultural institutions. The book had a great launch and was warmly recieved by retailers such as XBank, Athenaeum and The American Bookcentre. Now it’s time to scale up our operations and widen our reach in the Netherlands and beyond.

About the book
Seat at the Table is a thoughtfully designed coffee table book that brings together photography, personal stories, and social themes around culture, identity, and community. With growing interest from the creative and hospitality sectors, the next step is scaling up our sales, both locally and internationally.

The role
We’re seeking a freelance sales agent to scale our reach. You’ll be responsible for selling the book:

  • In person: to hotels, galleries, museums, retailers, and corporations in the Netherlands.
  • Online/remote: expanding sales across Europe and the US.

Who we’re looking for

  • A passionate salesperson with solid B2B sales experience, ideally in publishing, hospitality, design, or lifestyle products.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying new opportunities.
  • Knows how to pitch a premium product in the right way, to the right people.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Located in or able to travel within the Netherlands for in-person sales.
  • A genuine interest in the themes of the book (culture, identity, community) is a strong plus.
